The foundation of Sidhi Balaji Group was laid in 1982 by Late Shri Kedarnath Agarwal ji, who believed that true success is built on trust, integrity, and hard work. Late Shri Kedarnath Agarwal ji established Economic Hardware Stores, a trusted retail venture in hardware and paints, laying the cornerstone of our entrepreneurial legacy.
Entry into Real Estate
With years of dedication and vision, we entered the real estate industry as Sidhi Group, launching our first residential project – Sidhi Vinayak Complex
First Commercial Milestone
We completed Sidhi Arcade, our first commercial project, marking our strong presence in Siliguri’s growing real estate market.
Diversification into Manufacturing
Expanding our horizons, we ventured into manufacturing of wall putty, delivering quality building materials to support the construction ecosystem.
